Both Conte and Pepe are cleared of sporting fraud but risk a ban for failing to report it..
Whereas Bonucci risks a three year ban after being accused of match fixing..

He's right though. Bonucci isn't charged yet, he's just been accused.

The rumour that you only need to collect 25 points positive reputation to get 25% warning level back is not trueSurag wrote:Vibe wrote:Surag wrote:Vibe wrote:Leonardo Bonucci charged and facing 3 year ban from football...

Dude, you're seriously out of line. All you do is follow me and make your own fictional conclusion about what I'm doing and post them here where no one pays attention to it.Vibe is this,Vibe is that,he's doing this,he's doing that. Not to mention you always add a little diminutive adjective, like cheap, idiotic, etc...You're obsessing.
Whatever your problem is with me,give it a rest.

maybe its an American thing, I can accuse someone at the office for being racist or what not. But I cant charge them, I can accuse you of being a bellend and a tool but I cant charge you.
John Terry was accused of racial abuse and if he would have been found guilty he would have been charged. If the Italian FA or who ever decides that Bonnucci is guilty then they will CHARGE him as an official CHARGE, not an official accusation .

For real? This is court, there is no unofficial accusation. When you accuse, you charge.Charging isn't the punishment,it's the start of the process.FFS...
First you are found guilty, then charged? Dat logic...

Re: Italian Clubs under investigation for match fixing
I'm just telling you dont try to be a smartass here..Nothing is official..Atm this is just a deferral(this is what some reports say)..'Deferral' and 'Charge' are two separate things anyway.Lets wait until August 2 for more updates which is when the hearings are set to start.
And whatever you posted just now is complete nonsense..lol..I dont know what you are even talking about.

How can you be found guilty before you are charged...Abramovich wrote:Vibe wrote:7amood11 wrote:He's right though. Bonucci isn't charged yet, he's just been accused.

So in the court they dont used the term "the accused" but "the charged", a charge is official where as an accusation is unoffical. If it isnt official he hasnt been charged, sure you get charged at the start of the process if it is official.
Ok may I word it wrong somewhat but if its official and they are guilty then they are charged and found guilty no? If its not offical then its just an accusation?? Example being Ivanovic punches that Wigan guy, gets accused initally by fans and what not then gets charged by FA.

Italian FA (FIGC) has announced that the centre-back will face charges of sporting fraud.

People, people... Please quite that fight about semantics. Law stuff is weird in any case, but let's put is that so far there is only an accusation, but no verdict yet, yes?
