Arsenal's 2003/2004 Invincibles team. Are they REALLY the best PL team ever?

Was listening to this the other day on talksport and thank god they have it on youtube now. It brought to light some things I had forgotten. I won't say much but just listen to this and share your thoughts.

Mind you, everything he says are ALL TRUE.

It is not the best side. I think it was discussed before here. But this video is so incredibly one-sided.

Durham knows f*ck all anyway and is known for trying to bait Arsenal fans so i wouldnt pay much attention to what he has to say same goes with anyone who works for Talkshite....

Have not watched the video but dont think they are the best but they are probably in the top 3.

Why is it not the best premier league team "ever"?

two of the best pl strikers ever (henry, bergkamp)
one of the best pl midfielders (vieira)
one of the best pl wingers (pires)
world cup winner (gilberto)
some of the best pl defenders (sol, cole)

the team was stacked with premier league legends

Well its very impressive that they went undefeated, thats a great feat...

But its easy to forget that just one season later Mou's Chelsea only lost one game, and they finished with more total points (95 vs 90) than the invincibles, only letting up 15 goals in the process...

Not saying that team was necessarily better than the invincibles, just that there can be arguments made for other teams being the best EPL team ever, despite that Arsenal side being the only one to go undefeated
