been reading stuff, and all of your worries. interesting stuff here. we have managed some profit out of business with OSG but not a smart business. to be honest our club cant afford RVP salary demands, nor i guess milan will be willing to fork out how much arsenal demand, and besides with thiago silva leaving, our squad overall doesnt look healthy, healthy enough to entice him in our club. i think juve is a more likely destination for him than us as they can afford both his fees and his salary demands, they are in CL, and they have strengthened every department with the exception of striker; they need striker, just as much as we do.

our market from now onwards is somehow attached with you guys. if city indeed wants RVP, then they will have to look to sell tevez and dzeko, one of the player who we are interested in.

RVP i think Arsenal when they declared that he will be kept on hold till his contract, i think they are going to do that. good thing for u guys is that he will stay, and if u guys strengthened the squad adequately enough to be very competitive he will sign deal.

We gained leverage with RVP and any interested parties when we said we'd run his contract down and if we can get big offers out of United and City to the tune of anything over 20 million then we should be getting bids close to that region from Juve. 15-20m.

Agreed with both of you. It's sickening hearing these rumours about him joining one of the Manchester clubs.

A big problem though would be where van Persie wants to go. If van Persie isn't interested in playing in Serie A, which is a distinct possibility with the two Manchester clubs interested, then Juventus aren't going to follow up on their initial bid.

I have a feeling that he'll be sold to one of the Manchester clubs, in the end.

As much as I hate Nasri for being the snarky tool he is, I can't help but juxtapose his transfer saga with RVP's right now. Na$ri knew he wanted City all summer, even more so when Fabregas was sold and kept his mouth shut. He went on tour and even played Liverpool at home.

Now RVP, the CAPTAIN, refuses to even go to Asia on tour because he's not getting his way. Pathetic, uncaptainly behavior.

This show just how big of a *bleep* RVP truly is. The worst part is he may have been waiting for this day for a long time have a great season and tell Arsenal *bleep* off.

Totally agree. I honestly thought he was professional than this and would actually come along to the tour. Of course he would be under heavy speculation while over there, but at least he would be Arsenal through and through till the very end.

And also, I don't think many clubs are buying that we would rather run down his contract than take the £15million. We have always opted to make the correct business decisions, and even though we could send a massive statement by keeping him till the end, just don't see our board not selling him.

The lack of ambition. Chelsea and Manchester City are splashing cash buying the best talents available. Manchester United is less successful at that but win trophies and still is a big power.

Arsenal wants to keeps top player by paying two time less than the competition offer and by having a weaker squad of unexperienced young players.

That does not make sense. RVP did not have any logical reason to stay at Arsenal. Not one. Only the sentimental thing could have been a factor. But himp leaving is a totally professional choice. It is like leaving Newcastle or Everton for Arsenal.

Barcelona will swoop in December once they realize Villa is getting old and big 25m you heard it here first.
