Why am i on 25%?

I had an old account Casey-something and wanted a new one so i made this, Cassius_Case got banned straight away due to multi-account so i PM'd Devi to get the old account banned instead of this one but iv always been on 25% since i started this one

Why am i on 25%? is there a chance someone could possibly put me up to 50% atleast, Im sure on my old account i only got docked 25% once so its not as if im trying to cheat anyone or anything.

You had several warnings on your previous account, as I remember giving them myself.

In fact, after having a quick glance I see your previous account was on 25%. So THAT is why your current account is on 25%. Hope that clears things up.
