1. Aquilani is not being played for his quota so he can be sold back to Liverpool.
2. We DO NOT play with 3 DMs as Muntari and Nocerino function as our MEZZALAS. How hard is this too understand?
3. Cassano was not fit.
4. Abate penalty in which Milito went down quite softly and a Nesta handball. And how is this Allegri's fault? Or the missed chances?
5. Our incredibly imbalanced squad and poor quality in the midfield has cost us this season. Change of tactics? 4-3-1-2/4-1-2-1-2 is the single ONLY tactical formation that can be used for us as I'm surprise many haven't noticed any other changes aside from the formation e.g higher line and pressing, increased with etc.
I can go on but I'll let you guys cool off since obviously venting on forums is your way to take your anger out....which frankly is quite stupid.
cmon arq lol we arent playing poker to bluff each other... allegri was piss poor every one admits, even the neutrals lol....

Milan plays the ugliest futbal under Allegri.Even against small teams we cant play decent futbal for more than 45 minutes.

Re: THE AXING HAMMER IS COMING !
It is cruel to talk about The Old Guard like that, if they are given enough time to train, rest and recover between matches, they do wonders.
How? Lookie at Chelsea.
Ambrosini, Nesta, Zambrotta, Abbati and Gattuso played admirably whenever fit and fresh, while the likes of Seedorf and Inzaghi were clearly out of Allegri's plans (If he had any that is).
Allegri was hit by too many injuries and ghost goals, while referees couldn't be more biased against us.
But having said that, I'm the first to admit that he isn't big.
Allegri just hasn't developed his practical tactics, he has the knowledge in abundance but no know-how, he is excellent but not great.
Sir Alex Ferguson wouldn't ever approve of signing Muntari, and who's got the balls to say we are any smaller than ManUTD? Since we aren't, we need a manager as big as SAF.
Now, is Allegri as big as SAF? You don't say.
We fought and sweated blood like men against Barca and we have been occasionally wonderful at times, but Max's team isn't built to display free-flowing, energetic Football, his team here is only built to concede as little as possible and score through ehem Ibra ehem.
I'm sorry, and I know how Arquitecto might feel (buddy, Max isn't a great, admit it), but even in case we had the Scudetto in our pocket, we could still axe Max.
Capello is the man, I'm telling you.

playing thiago silva in coppa unnecesarily in coppa for 120 mins when he had bonera yepes on bench... game of least importance when barcelona game was coming up. playing DMs, poor substition, poor starting lineup...
only i can give allegri credit is... man management lol ...
injury situation hasnt helped on our cause, neither aquilani situation but nevertheless allegri mistakes have beeen way way too much ...
even today... oh cmon how can u say cassano is not fit.. if he is not fit he wont even be in call ups...
most baffling choice was not playing cassano ... substitution wasted with bonera ...

How was the Coppa game of least importance considering it is a semi-final against Juve? People in Italia consider that of great importance. Roma (game before Barca) not of great importance? Seriously? Considering it was us playing against a team we struggle for the scudetto? Once again, it is the MEDICAL teams job to assess his situation as despite Max's words, its common knowledge our doctor has to give the green light.
Cassano had already been struggling with a small injury in training as was on the bench for emergency purposes as he did not have 90 minutes in his legs.
I would just like you to name some tactical mistakes along with the ones today.

oh on fiorentina, u forgot jovetic was running ragged, dancing around our defense, muntari giving so many balls away, that gave fiorentina chances.
bologna, yes we should have won that game but fact remains we were piss poor in that game too. i wont say they dominated but we let us bologna play their game too.
atalanta by first half, there were two clear cut chances for atalanta if not for poor positioning of denis and poor finishing of tribocchi. second half they were really more lookind dangerous than us in counterattack.
well im not going to sulk about each game but fact remains allegri has played with some poor tactical decision in most of the games.
i know ur against my opinion, i welcome ur response.

Jesp I feel Jovetic wasn't himself aside from his goal as he only troubled Muntari (which anyone does weekly). Our problem against Fiorentina was how fatigued Mexes was along with having Bonera in our backline (Yepes was not fit). We dominated the game as a whole yet conceded by bad lapses which were quite uncharacteristic of us.
Bologna we were poor against but then again we always struggle against Bologna as their team with their pacy midfield is what usually is who we struggle against. Lets not forget that disallowed goal.
Atalanta also played well yet keep in mind it ended 2-0. Fans won us that game? You mean when they suddenly erupted? That is highly unidentifiable as I cannot agree with something so vague.
P.S keep in mind you aren't annoying me at all my friend. I am just as frustrated as you and am in complete devastation.

OK, here goes:
1. Read your #1 again. WTF is that supposed to mean? No no no no no.
Forgetting all about the good of the team for the sake of not having to buy Aquilani outright? That's what pussies do.
2. Nocerino and Muntari are only Mezz'ali in name, but practically they were only wandering about down the center.
Granted, Nocerino has been Milan's break-out player of the season, but he's clearly burnt out, and I promise he will pick up nasty injuries next season, or who knows, maybe in Euros this summer.
As for Muntari, well, silence could be louder than thousands of shouts.
Worst midfielder in the whole universe. Period.
3. This one I agree (somewhat), but weren't there better options on the bench. We could leave Van Bommel and Nocerino the dirty work, and place Ibra, Binho and Boateng behind Maxi, then figure out a way to somehow throw Cassano in the mix.
WHY MUNTARI?
4. Abate clearly did a penalty, but Nesta's hand ball was totally unfair. I mean nobody was there to use that ball against us and it didn't have much charge behind it, therefore Nesta only lost his concentration and opened his arms up too much. Not a pen IMO.
As for missed chances, Ibra more than made up his screw up, but a certain African fu*k didn't.
You see, we could do much better this game, though bizarre injuries once again let us down.
What bothers me the most is the way Allegri is satisfied with good-enough. Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey Max boy! Wake up!
We ain't effin Sassuolo, we need "PERFECT", we need "PHENOMENAL".
You're happy with good-enough? Fine, submit your CV to Cellino, he will find you a job in his offices.
This is so not my classy, beautiful, ruthless Milan.

Managers are expected to take the blame for their staffs fault as its simple leadership traits. Reliance on Ibra and Silva? I'm surprised your not advocating how much more fluid we play with Ibra along with the fact that our record without him is quite impressive. Silva? We have won many games this year without him and even without when both Nesta-Silva were out.

This is b
1. I'm surprised your not aware of all the similar deals that have happened by B&G and of course Umberto Trabbatoni who was famous for using this tactic. Re-read Aquilani's deal and understand we HAVE to buy him if we play him a certain amount of games. This obviously is no coincidence along with Galliani hinting that AA will not stay.
2. Nocerino is our midfielder who has the most ground covered down his own side statistically (and visually) as tactically he is required to link-up with the front line down the left side. How have you not noticed his runs into the box? Muntari? It is reflective of his lack of quality yet his positioning that is deep does not reflect on a DMs positioning in any way possible. He cannot be classified a DM at all.
I don't consider Noce good enough for Italia.
I don't agree with you on Muntari, he isn't a football player, he is a man hired by Inter to destroy our Scudetto chances.
3. Unfortunately you ambitious idea does not fit our formation as we do not have the midfield to link up with all those forwards within that box.
Why Muntari? Merkel still hasn't reached 100% fitness while adding Gattuso will be adding 2 DMs. Nonetheless I agree with you on how Max has failed to see how bad Muntari really is just like Mou failed the same way on this aspect.
4. I don't even think Abate's penalty was a penalty at all. I don't blame Nesta at all as this point is used to dictate on how it cannot be blamed on Allegri.
As for the rest, your expectations are not realistic as it kind of reminds me of "themilanguy" and his crew who don't know a thing about football. Thankfully you do even more than me but I feel you are being a little irrational. Its understandable though considering this is the worst weekend we have had in 2 years.

Agree completely minus the last sentence. Bringing Capello back is asking for trouble.
We were extremely unlucky this season, but Allegri shares some part of the blame. A friend of mine said, "The only competition Milan had was Juventus. And even they were nothing special. "
It's true. This was not a close Scudetto race. It was us and Juve, no one else. Take a look at the standings yourself.
1 Juventus 37 81
2 AC Milan 37 77
3 Udinese 37 61
16 points between us and Udinese. 16.
We really could have won this, even with our injuries.
What's done is done though, and I really have stopped caring on the subject of Allegri.
He did well sometimes, and he was pathetic sometimes. All in all, an average coach.

Deal or no deal, nobody has the right to compromise collective goals for which hundreds of people work their ass off everyday, for the sake of saving a fistful of Euros. Peh.
Emanelson runs even more, is he anything close to good?
If we needed runners we should have signed these African Marathon runners, say Gibersilasi and Bekele.
Nocerino was awesome, really above expectations, but he is out of gas. I know, he was our best choice, but we should've found a way to limit him to his defensive duties.
This is where Max shows his true colors, his ill-man management is really a pain deep in the ass.
Muntari? Is he even a human being? Because you know, humans got something in their head called brain, he seems to be underprivileged in that area.
Damn it, I won't say anything else on him.
I'm not being unrealistic, all I want is a flexible manager who, like desert animals, adapts himself to any circumstances however dire and delicate.
Whenever we've been utterly toothless, hopeless and pathetic, I've comfortably leaned back and watched our games with a bitter smile.
Examples: against ManU in 2010, Real in 2011 and Inter in 2009.
But my body temperature rises to something in the region of 47 degrees when we have a chance, when we could have a say and yet we blow them as if it's a training session.
When we could easily beat this worthless Inter, why shouldn't I rage? I'm mad, totally mad at Max and won't be calmed down any time soon.
No Arq, I ain't living in fantasies, all I want is my real Milan, the one Capitano played in? That one.

No Arq, I ain't living in fantasies, all I want is my real Milan, the one Capitano played in? That one.
As mentioned I'm only defending Allegri here at the moment.
Is your first sentence aimed at the Aquilani compromise? I myself am not a fan of such a poorly managed way of handling such a player. Such is Milan's management these days. Its the boards choice as it is.
Urby runs but we needed someone who has a small fraction of defense in him as he only thrives in teams with wing play. LB? I don't have to tell you how bad he was at Ajax in the position.
Nocerino was only awesome in his goals as aside from that he contributes little. He is tame in his tackles, his passing and link up play is below average along with the fact that he only runs and runs to compromise for his lack of ability.
This Inter is in fact a very impressive Inter since under Stramacchioni as has the essential core of Mou's Inter. Do not let Ranieri's management fool you into thinking it is so poor whereas the fact is that man to man they are very close to our team if not better. Allegri has already adapted as much as he can as there is more adaptation then just formations as his problem is late substitutions. Adapting throughout the season hasn't been a problem as if anything, he has done exceedingly well in that regard.
You want the real Milan? With Il Capitano? Those days are over my friend along with the fact that Berlu is increasingly senile FFP and poor club management have made us into a club which have to balance books rather than seek titles. Those days are long gone when we were a club to fear a top the rest of the large teams. It part of supporting a team along with coming to terms that some big teams aren't the force they always could be. Sadly, our management lies at fault for their decisions and handling of transfers (to which the manager has little say in Milan believe it or not).
We are Milan, but lets get real, it'll be a long climb up before we become the Milan you want. Its not fee-sable or realistic due to dozens of factors.

Re: THE AXING HAMMER IS COMING !
“Juventus won the title, deserved to win it and it was a fascinating season with two teams on many points. Compared to last season, many more points were needed,” said the Coach after a 4-2 defeat to Inter.
“Juventus had a great campaign, so did we despite all of the problems we went through from injuries to incidents. I thank the lads for the work they did this year and next term we’ll be here fighting again.
“It’s difficult to say what Milan lacked compared to last year. We did make mistakes that forced a heavy price, including tonight when we were close to going 3-2 up and instead went 3-2 down.
“We played pretty well tonight and did all we could to bring home the result, but this is football. Last season Samuel Eto’o missed an open goal from point-blank range in an important moment of the game and we won 3-0.
“We lost Daniele Bonera after 10 minutes, Christian Abbiati had a thigh strain, we had to end the match with Mattia De Sciglio limping on a swollen ankle. It’s just one of those years.
“I don’t think there is a gap from Juventus, as these teams are on the same level and it will be interesting to see how they fare next season when they have to deal with the Champions League.
“We have some players reaching the end of their contracts and must evaluate with the club what we will do to reinforce the squad.”

Re: THE AXING HAMMER IS COMING !
Arq I get what your saying completely and I have been one of the few who always supported Allegri and tried to understand why he is doing what he is doing.
But today just made me snap. You guys were saying Cassano was not fit but nowhere did I read he was not fit. Our 3 man defensive midfield is getting ridiculous. Why is Muntari a starter? SULLEY MUNTARI is a starter AT MILAN! That is embarrassing, I am sorry, I used to laugh at Inter having a player like that on their team.
Everything went wrong for us tonight, and after the two injuries and less than 35 minutes, I knew it just wasn't our night. Two subs used up in the first half, just didn't look good. I know Max probably had is usual "tactic" where he will sub in two forwards towards the last ten minutes and after those two subs were used up his plan was destroyed.
Arq you say that Allegri can't do anything else with his formations, yet all we keep buying are defensive mids!! How can we ever change that formation when there are no attacking minded midfielders coming in! Why? Why would we sell Aquilani!? He is at a very reasonable price and he really has potential to help Milan! We have absolutely no creativity! Ibra was running back to the midfield all game to get SOMETHING going!
Anyways I am done ranting, the entire management and medical staff NEEDS a shake up badly, and if that doesn't happen this summer, I don't expect us to win much next year.
