As transfermarkt.de finally lists the penalty stats of the goalies again, I decided to update my stats overview. They changed the format quite a bit from their former version, so I decided to change my list, too. The new overview contains all penalties from open play, but none from penalty shoot-outs, as these are not listed anymore.

Moreover, now you only find the data from the top leagues of the countries plus senior international caps and no more lower divisions or youth teams, so that the numbers can be compared better.

Not surprised to see Alves on top,

how did you compile those numbers, i would like to check for some other keeper/

Just go to transfermarkt.de, enter the name of the keeper you are looking for in the search field and then click on "Elfmeter-Statistik" (Elfmeter = penalty). Then you get this for example: http://www.transfermarkt.de/de/oliver-kahn/elfmeter/spieler_206.html

"Ohne Gegentor" is another interesting stat, meaning "without goal against" aka "clean sheet".

11.11% (5/45) overall isn't so convincing. For Australia he saved 2 from 8, if I counted correctly, that would be 25%.
