Casillas is really good.
Buffon is ok when he actually guesses the right way but he's such a terrible guesser lol, so I wouldn't rank him as one of the top.

Against England, Ricardo saved 4 of 6 penalties, if I'm not mistaken (the last one without gloves), and went on to score the winning penalty. Looked like a scene from Captain Tsubasa.
