Cristiano Ronaldo made his debut in La Liga on 29 August 2009 in the 3-2 victory at the Santiago Bernabeu over Deportivo. He has played 33 encounters on avarege per season in the competition, earning 82 victories, 11 draws and only seven defeats.

Ronaldo has managed to score and win against the 25 teams he's faced in the championship, earning five victories against Getafe, Athletic, Atletico Madrid, Espanyol, Zaragoza, Sevilla and Villarreal. He has scored 10 goals against Malaga, nine against Sevilla, and eight against both Getafe and Villarreal.
