England international signs a new improved deal at White Hart Lane to cap a memorable season for the 21-year-old that has seen him named PFA Young Young Player of the Year

Tottenham defender Kyle Walker has signed a new deal that will tie him down to the White Hart Lane club until 2017 after an outstanding breakthrough season at the club that saw him pick up the PFA Young Player of the Year.

Good for Spurs. I know they don't want anyone poaching him right now as he is a wonderful player and talent.

IMO, and I know most wont agree with me, I think he is the best of the crop of young English players that are coming up like Sturridge, Wilshire, Jones, Welbeck, Smalling, Henderson, Kelly, Rodwell, Frimpong etc etc

The only player I think rates ahead of him again, IMO is Ox-Chamberlain as he is going to be on another level to all these players when it's all said and done.

I just think Walker has so many things going for him with his size, pace and skills that England and it looks like Spurs are going to have a great great defender for years to come.
