AVB to Roma?
Andre Villas-Boas is being announced in Portugal (A Bola), as the next Roma coach
LE is about to get sacked
at least that much transpires from the tone of his last comments.
AVB supposedly rejected Valencia and agreed take over Roma.

To be fair to Madrid fans, i am extremely butthurt over Figo leaving us and would wish him failure wherever he goes.

Re: AVB to Roma?
LE was already saying he is evaluating his options as was Sabatini. Although, from the latest comments it felt as though Sabatini wants LE to continue, but LE, himself, was not feeling like he is the right fit for Roma's players.

Re: AVB to Roma?
so LE a surprise transfer to Barca, make it happen Rossell.
Anyways AVB might work for Roma considering he wont be pressured to win anything until maybe later on in his "project"

Re: AVB to Roma?
AVB will be great as long as he can get everyone on his side, the moment he loses players faith and respect, it all goes down the drain.

Re: AVB to Roma?
I really hope this is wrong because we just signed a partnership agreement with Roma. As far as I know nothing has happened yet, and as one of their main contractual partners I would have assumed I'd of heard something by now.
I know they have spoken with AVB.

Re: AVB to Roma?
If Luis Enrique leaves, it won't be because we sacked him.
He believes that he's problem at Roma and is reportedly ready to remove himself from the project for the good of the club.
I personally think he's completely wrong and would be very disappointed to see him go.

Re: AVB to Roma?
Nah I want to see it happen because I'd feel OK with hating on Barca with him in charge.
Pep's a nice guy so I always felt bad that I had to hate him.

Report: Enrique quits Roma
There are numerous reports that Luis Enrique has already informed Roma he will leave at the end of the season.
This morning Portuguese media claimed there was a deal in place with his replacement, former Porto and Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas.
It is now suggested in several media outlets in Italy that Luis Enrique has told Giallorossi directors he has no intention of staying on for next season, as he is tired of the criticism and increasing protests from fans.
The ultras have made their feelings clear by hanging large banners outside the training ground with ‘Luis go home’ written in Spanish.
The reports are fuelled by the tacticians comments before the 2-2 draw with Napoli. “I am 100 per cent sure of what I want to do.”
It is claimed there are fractures within the club on this decision, as director general Franco Baldini is very much in favour of keeping Luis Enrique, whereas director of sport Walter Sabatini is less convinced.
“We don’t want to think of a future without Luis Enrique, but perhaps he considers himself to be a problem,” Sabatini told Sky Sport Italia television after yesterday’s 0-0 draw with Chievo.
“We will certainly talk it over together at the end of the season and make our evaluations.”
Today Sabatini also spoke to the cameras of Mediaset Premium and confirmed this approach.
“From what Luis Enrique said emerges perhaps his desire to leave the club at the end of the season, but that is just my personal sensation.
“Maybe he doesn’t feel supported by the environment around Roma and for this reason, to not create an imbalance within the team and the club, he wants to take this decision. He doesn’t want to spread that insecurity to the players.”
The former Barcelona B Coach is likely to receive a golden handshake deal on his exit if he gives up on the three-year contract worth €2.9m per season.

He does have the full support of the board. It's the fans that have caused this with their fickleness.

Re: AVB to Roma?
The fans are driving LE crazy and not showing respect to him not even a bit. thats really unfair. The slogans they showed last game were not grateful, I mean there is a man tryign his everything to do well for and with the club. Same was with Del Neri... I am sad when things like this happen
