The kid was a Milan fan but the ball boys at Chievo are not allowed to disturb the players after the game so he knew he could not take the shirt.

MILAN – Here’s a note from the official Chievo website describing what happened after the match yesterday evening between Sulley Muntari and the young Chievo ball boy.

“The behavior of the ball boy in question was a consequence of instructions given by the club. The ball boys are instructed not to ask for or accept jerseys from either side in order not to disturb the players during the post match tension.
The curious thing about this case is that the ball bay in question is a Milan fan. He would have certainly accepted the jersey proudly but was attentive to the instructions given to him by his group leader. After which the jersey was returned into the hands of the lucky young footballer!”

I don't find it funny esp if the kid was instructed to do so or if he is racist .... no matter how good or bad a player is he doesn't deserve that he left his heart on the field ffs ...
