33 for Benzema in twice as long.

Don't think anyone said that that makes Giroud better than anyone he's outscoring but he's having a great season. He deserves credit for that.

Useless to throw Benzema's name around and get people so hilariously worked up.

It's not about Giroud being on the same level as Benzema, no matter how you dice the stats.

It's about Giroud being given his due for coming back from an injury and managing a fairly good return. That one god awful performance against Monaco at the Emirates can't be used to take the credit away from what he's done otherwise.

Giroud has had a fantastic season. He is borderline top tier. We really can't do any better than him unless we sign Benzema, Suarez, Aguero or Lewa which is obviously not going to happen.

Can't believe how easily Terry ate him alive today. JT has had many great battles over the years in the PL with the likes of Rooney, Henry, Kane, Tevez, Torres etc but this is the most one sided rivalry (if you can call it that) he's probably ever had.
