Khedira? Smart, works hard and very tough minded. He's just slow and has limited range as a result. Very poor technically too.

But he is excellent at what he does. It's just not enough for my taste.

He is good at reading game and positioning himself. but give the ball to him and he doesn't know what to do with it. or maybe as sports said it's just his limited technique that limits his options.

Khedira isn't an example of a stupid player. Look at Pepe and Ramos, then you notice what being stupid means. Khedira's problem is that he is pretty much jack of all trades, master of none. He is something nice to have on the bench, a little bit like Keita was at Barca, but not really a quality starter.

btw, is Khedira supposed to be our next coach or did I read the title wrong? :whistle:

Btw, i think this is PSG showing some class. If Carlo decided to leave, they didn't want him to face the Paris crowd right away as there's a game on Saturday. They wanted the focus for this game to be the retirement of Beckham and the L1 title... so they moved today's meeting to Sunday.

I think Carlo is leaning towards leaving... but that PSG think that the crowd ovation may sway him to change his mind.

I still do hope Mourinho stays but it's looking less likely, Real Madrid is about winning and like he rightly pointed out, winning the super copa alone is just not enough. I don't think there's a need to destroy what Mourinho has built at the club. Any manager coming in (assuming Mourinho leaves) should look to build on the squad and only buy players in areas where there are weakness, no more fancy purchases.

What has Mou built? A team that plays an ugly, underdog, counter attacking style? Most of the season, the team was unwatchable. It's one thing to get unlucky and lose (which is actually what happened in CDR final for a rare time)... it's another to just keep looking bad consistently.

And what coward of a manager gets himself thrown out in a final game.

. You know he did it on purpose. It's an automatic ejection to get out of the coaching area to contest and curse no less. That was purely intentional.

Adit, im pretty sure he did it on purpose as weird as it sounds. He attacked the ref outside of his area, but after the ref warned him and told him off, he went to the 4th official and kept insulting the ref through the mic. remember how all the refs are linked by mic, so the ref had to send him out.
