Re: When Mourinho leaves who should we replace him with?
Bronzetti is in Paris to talk to Leonardo... the problem is that the president of PSG wants both the 7.5 mil and also for Madrid to sell them a players. Pretty staunch on that. So it's a bit more complicated than usual...

We need to sell a player to get a coach? That seems odd

Re: When Mourinho leaves who should we replace him with?
Personally i havent read anything about us selling a player to PSG as part of the deal, we have known of their interest for coentrao and di maria so far and that's it.
The real stopping point here is that PSG arent fixed on the replacement for Carlo. if that was done things would have moved forward. PSG know they cant keep Carlo so they just dont want to look like they got stepped on by madrid. the idea of selling them a player would be so that it looks like Carlo is coming in exchange of a player going there. but like i said i havent heard anything concrete about it

They're using Carlo as leverage from what i heard... doesn't mean it will happen. But it'smart of PSG to do it. The started out by saying that they would want Madrid to sell CR7 to them if they wanted Carlo (lol). But since, they've been talking about the players that Madrid are open to selling. Namely, Di Maria and Coentrao.
I also feel that they are delaying things to see if they can actually get Rooney or if they want to take a shot at Higuain.

Marca saying Ancelotti will talk with PSG today and he'll say he wants to leave.
A deal could be done this week with the presentation happening next week.
PSG could ask about Ronaldo too during the discussions.

Sources in France say that Perez has gotten involved and directly put in a call to Naser to see where things are... we'll see. There aren't many options left for PSG since Blanc and Leonardo are out of the picture. Either they already have someone lined up or they're really going to force Carlo to stay.

Re: When Mourinho leaves who should we replace him with?
Michael Laudrup's future at Swansea City has become the subject of intense speculation amid a row over transfer funds for next season.
The friction between chairman Huw Jenkins, and Laudrup and his agent Bayram Tutumlu, is understood to centre around the amount of money Swansea are prepared to spend on new signings.
The row is understood to have escalated with suggestions the Dane could walk away from the club just a year after taking charge at the Liberty Stadium.
The Daily Mail goes as far as to claim that unless the 48-year-old receives assurances over his future, he will make a decision on his future in the coming days. Although other reports suggest he will remain in charge next term.
Laudrup guided the Swans to Capital One Cup glory last season, as well as a ninth-place Premier League finish, and has been linked with clubs such as Paris St Germain and Real Madrid. It's claimed that some at the club feel Laudrup could be using this dispute to engineer a way out of the club without honouring a £10m compensation clause in his contract.
Just last week the Dane had said it would be very difficult for Swansea to improve unless they "find a couple of hundred million pounds". Next season the Welsh club will have to contend with a Europa League campaign.
It is understood Laudrup has become frustrated at the lack of progress made in securing some of his summer transfer targets, as well as the club's desire to continue with the sensible spending approach which has served them so well during their rise through the divisions.
Celta Vigo striker Iago Aspas was one of Laudrup's main transfer targets, but now appears set for a move to Liverpool, while the Swansea board would be reluctant to provide the sums of money required to capture the likes of St Etienne's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Sevilla's Alvaro Negredo.
Jenkins and Tutumlu are expected to hold further talks on the issue, with a rapid resolution needed.
Tutumlu recently said Laudrup would remain with Swansea, despite having offers from other clubs, but added the caveat that that would be the case if the Swansea board made good on assurances he claims they gave to Laudrup when he signed a contract extension in March.

This saga shouldn't last beyond this week. Otherwise it can prove counter productive in transfer market. wait - but isn't Zidane making the signings?

Re: When Mourinho leaves who should we replace him with?
I'd really like to see someday a Raul-Zidane combo on the bench. For the moment, Laudrup is the perfect fit IMO, after all who knows the midfield job better than Laudrup and Zidane

Apparently Zidane suggested Laurent Blanc as an alternative, according to El Mundo Deportivo.

French love for Frenchies
I liked Laurent Blanc's style of play for France. Interesting Choice.
