Everyone eventually leaves, even Pep will one day leave Barca. So just try to keep Mourinho as long as possible. If he is confident he'll keep winning with this team, I'm confident he'll stay.

When he ultimately leaves, have him teach Zidane how to coach. Or bring AVB.

Also according to some he's already decided he's leaving at the end of the season.

Were you worried when Hodgson was out for Rodgers, similar to your no experience of coaching statement?..

Rodgers wasn't my favorite choice, but even he had previous managerial experience.
