Ibra plays rough, causes injury to his teammates

THe guy ruptured ligaments in his knee, wont play the Euros.

Its normal to train like that in Sweden and Uruguay.

An injured Ibra is a much more serious thing.

Looking at the slow motion replay, it looked very rough.

Yep Ibra is a fantastic idiot. I never tire of watching him mindlessly kick people. Teammates or opponents - it doesn't really matter much to him. When the drive in him awakens he just knows he has to kick something, or someone. Unpredictable as hell, would be a blast sitting next to him on a bench. Imagine watching the game and suddenly being slapped hard for no reason at all. Ah, that balkan blood in mix with the lack of intellect is amusing.

Good thing it wasn't Ibra the one that got injured, an injured Ibra is a serious thing for any coach.

His teammate (majstorovic) said in an interview that he has no ill feelings towards zlatan since it obviously was an accident.(he will be out for 8 months minimum)

You guys are acting like he went into some crazy two footed, chest high lunge, it was just a shoulder barge ffs. The way he landed was what caused the injury.

the guy he body checked didnt get injured, as far as i know it was the guy who he then fell into.

He threw him to the ground in a training session....

That 100% would have been called a foul in a game, it is obviously an intentional foul... you cant accidentally push someone that hard... and you see his arm extend it wasnt just a shoulder barge...

ok let me enlighten you this isn't the first time someone has got a bad injury from a Swedish training, that's how they train simply

It wasn't that bad. The bad thing is Ibra is the captain and he didn't even go and check if the guy was OK ffs

Ibra just cost a guy the chance to play in the Euro's during a training session.

He's lucky Sweeden has no other WC players because people would be in uproar.

Majstorovic and Ibra are practically best friends, so there isnt anything to that

even Maje said he didnt know how bad it was till the team doctor came to him in the locker room

It was quite an uncouth move by Ibra, but this current Sweden are known to be this physical in training along with there approach in matches.

Overreaction towards him over here is obvious.

That would explain the injury crisis at Milan

the foul itself wasn't awful, it's the fact that he was playing that physically during training. if any player were to get that hurt by one of their teammates in an american sport, there'd be hell to pay. i don't think this response is because he's ibra - you tone the physicality down a notch in training so as to avoid this, just like you would in an exhibition game (or an all-star game - look at the dwayne wade/kobe controversy from just this week).

Tbf that wasn't even that bad... the guy should learn how to hold himself. Ibra used his body and the guy flew like a fly, he was probably unlucky to sustain the injury.

The real douche-bag move is that he didn't even stop and apologise, he just walked off with no sympathy...
