I think it's funny and gives this forum character. What kept me from becoming a regular poster on other forums is the drab layout and sense of lethargy and formality among fellow posters but, call me corny or sentimental, this forum actually has all those things. It's a real sense of community here.

many posts in this thread agree with me, this banner we currently have up is very dark and unattractive.

I've studied this article about forum banners and based on what I've learnt, here's what to do about this issue:

By the looks of it, we need more streamlining, more stakeholders and more synergy. There is some serious re-engineering required to achieve the paradigm shift to lead to the new matrix organisation. Get all the critical thinkers, give them a seat at the table and foster some momentum to get to the outcomes. Connect the dots, deliver and then touch base when you're done. I wanna see initiative, not some flavour of the month. Evolve, enhance, execute. Get on it people, pronto.

In English: Just make the banner brighter.
