yes true, but im pretty sure cashley cole was playing, if he was id rather him at RB then essien, cashley is the reason that the goal in the CL final was and still is his only goal vs chelsea and not to mention how much our midfeild lacked without an inform essien holding it together

its not that bad a choice by him, in all fairness essien is one of the most versatile footballers right now and after the goal essien did keep him quiet most of the game, just a shame it was in the CL final i guess
