I didn't make any comment about how certain players will or won't be remembered. I said 97% of players have zero real connection or attachment to Chelsea whatsoever.

He'll have some of course, having played at it for a few years. But nothing more than the garden-variety slight affection any player will get for any club they happened to have played at.

I don't agree, I feel he is a special kind of player and person. Not your run of the mill player.

I don't know why you think he wouldn't. Brazil played a very tactical game today and Luiz was as solid as a rock throughout. IMO, he was more impressive than Silva which is saying something. Replicate that form for Chelsea and he'll be by far and away our best defender.

I don't have anything against him playing in the side at all. I hope he can, in fact. It's just that I question whether he's a Mourinho player. The problem has been that he can put in a performance like that, then go months before another one anywhere close to it. If he can play like that consistently, he'd be one of the first names on Jose's teamsheet.
