so apparently you have to play multiplayer to get some combat readiness points up, otherwise even if you do every single mission you're going to get a fail ending... and of course to do well in multiplayer you have to buy dlc weapon packs

*bleep* ea, seriously... they ruined battlefield, now they're ruining another epic franchise... *bleep* them in their stupid *bleep* moneygrabbing assholes... *bleep*

May as well blame Bioware while you're at it.

In any case from what I've heard you can still get a good ending depending on whether or not you made the "right" choices in Mass Effect 1 and 2.

Also getting full readiness takes about 4 hours on Multiplayer whether you win or lose.

Having said that Bioware are just in it for the money now (and EA aren't helping). Gone are the days where they give Baldur's Gate level of game polish.

Bioware have stated dozens of times that their decisions are their own. Face it bro they're sell outs. They joined EA but still have some autonomy and while EA sucks because they are f*cking scumbags Bioware can't be faultless here. They can just tell EA to shove if they wanted to but they won't because they want the monies.

But the root of the problem is rabid fanboys who give EA their money despite all this BS they pull. While I don't condone pirating (although if you are going to pirate it may as well be an EA game) I've never paid for DLC and sadly many people do and that's why EA (and Bioware) think they can get away with it.

How is it?

I've only played the first few missions but so far it's epic. Cutscenes are even more cinematic than ME2, more focus on the plot. More of a shooter than the previous 2 versions, not sure if that's good or bad. The classes seem more defined. I'm having a lot of fun with the Infiltrator class, the headshots are awesome.

If you have a good setup, I would recommend getting it on PC. It looks so crisp on 1920x1080 res.

Great game though and I like how many characters you get to meet so far. Alot more than the previous ones.

Just started, I love the new combat system, faster and more fluid movement, shooting improved greatly and the cinematic scenes are fantastic, the transitions from them to real time are perfect.

Yeah, so it's very hard to get the good ending unless you've a ME2 save (and did the right decisions or else you've just made the situation worse)

I'm sure someone is gonna release a mod though that gives you 100% instantly, if not released already.
