I just played the Multi-player... I wasnt really in favour of it when i first heard about it , but i like it now ....

You can pre download the game if you have pre ordered it.

Which means it can be pirated earlier.

so apparently you have to play multiplayer to get some combat readiness points up, otherwise even if you do every single mission you're going to get a fail ending... and of course to do well in multiplayer you have to buy dlc weapon packs

Partially true, you can still get a "good ending" without playing MP but you have to work twice as hard to do it as your War Assets only count for 50% of what they should count for.

But I agree, think it's pretty dumb.

May as well blame Bioware while you're at it.

In any case from what I've heard you can still get a good ending depending on whether or not you made the "right" choices in Mass Effect 1 and 2.

Also getting full readiness takes about 4 hours on Multiplayer whether you win or lose.

Having said that Bioware are just in it for the money now (and EA aren't helping). Gone are the days where they give Baldur's Gate level of game polish.
