Since Florentino Perezin re-election to Real Madrid president, Madrd have had about 3 times more penalties in La Liga. And before somebody starts to shout, or explain it with fair penalties, game style or some nonsense like that, you should search Scandal in La Liga threads about penalties. Also here are the same stats from the same perioid in Uefa Champions League, where referees are better and there are more eyes to judge.

Barcelona fanboys seem to have a severe insecurity about refereeing and fair play. Barca constantly get called out for referees being obviously biased in their favour, therefore "fans" find the need to compensate for that by fabricating ludicrous scandals involving other teams.
