yeah madrid deserve absolutely no credit for this win or any other... teams always fold up against us.. we are a crappy side full of overrated douchebags who carry 50 bucks rolled up in their stockings to give it to the opposition so that they help us win and beat barca

The problem was clear as day the 1st half

Lass is no DM, he is a CM in disguise. Can't position himself as a proper DM for shit. Kept leaving his position and opening up gaps for counters.

The 2nd half he was subbed out and Pepe moved to DM. That's why Mallorcas passing was so sloppy.

Also, becouse of their pressing, the 2nd half they were very tired. Anyone could see that. So they had trouble controlling the game the same way when they were so tired (which eventually opened up space for our players)

Mourinho deserves the most praise, his tactical switches were spot on, MOM was Ozil, but I was also very impressed with Ramos, Kaka, Higuain and Callejon.

Not the greatest of games for Ronaldo, Alonso and Benzema, but Madrid has another three points and is currently 8 points ahead of second place Barcelona who play tomorrow against their bogey side Betis.

Yeah, Mourinho was great today.

Moved Pepe to DM and put Kaka at AM and played Özil at CM.

As soon as that happened, we played better.

Would appreciate it if u guys actually read the rest of the sentence and post? I meant teams let Madrid win becos they get too nervous and bottle it when they could just be more confident and actually play... its a bit like many teams used to do it vs Man U, strange but its the pressure they put and mental block thing...

With the switch, whats so hard in making triple switches and put one more attacker and take off a defender when chasing games? I appreciate Mourinho is very good with subs but he should get as much as Mallorca being not ambitious enough to go for the game in the second and gave possession back to Real at every turn and let them try to score again.

Mallorca tried everything to close down spaces but pressing for 90 minute is so hard, they were broken down by the 70 minute.

i think this is the low point of our season, all teams have 3 or 4 games where they hit a patch ofbad form.. good teams have only 3 or 4 games, ie, the others lol

but we havent done too badly even in this patch of bad form.. of course we ll have to play barca and see what we can do.. hopefully the players wouldve got rid of their post new year lethargy

Stop overrating Bielsa and Athletic, they haven't set la liga alight, besides their draw against Barcelona, their style of play fits comfortably with ours, They've conceded 13 goals in their last three matches against Madrid, I expect another trashing.
