Kakuta joins Dijon on loan untill the end of the season
not a bad move imo, hes now at a team where surely he should be regularly in the first XI although i wouldve liked to have seen him replace kalou now

How would replacing Kalou help him or Chelsea?
He's currently not good enough and sitting on the bench isn't going to improve him ability or confidence wise.

Exactly. He did not perform well when given the chance but who could blame him after all the hype and transfer controversy? He can return with confidence and hopefully by next season when Malouda and Kalou ain't here, he can feature more

I think Kakuta has potential to develop there because he will be home in France

Well he will probably be a regular at Dijon, which is the best thing. Saw him play a little at Fulham last season, he was really lacking confidence and hopefully the next six month we will see a more confident Kakuta.
I still haven't given up on Kakuta, he still has time and only is 20.

Well keep him on loan for the next few years, I believe he will come good eventually.
