Apparently the paperwork hadn't quite been sorted yet, so the deal technically wasn't "done".

A medical happens earlier in the process and if there were any issues, we would have heard about them by now.

I've seen him at Barca too.
Only impression I've ever had of him there was of a tiny lightweight guy running around midfield without impact or connection whatsoever.
And guess what, that's exactly what he will be for Arsenal.
