He had a decent game and they won, so props to him. But Rubio lost that game, you can't turn the ball over on back to back possessions with under a minute left and expect to win the game.

For a great player that wouldn't be a great game, but Lin isn't your everyday star. I'm not even going to go as far as to call him anything near a star. But it's fun to ride the bandwagon while it lasts, because it'll surely end when Melo comes back and he never sees the ball. So YES, those numbers are a great game for him.

He had a "Kobe" like second half , with tons of misses and only turnovers .... he was 7-12 in the first half tho , must have been too tired to keep up the level of play ... he still had 8 assists ,6 rebs and 3 steals ... thats a great game.Rubio was not clutch at all ... wtf 2 turns lol !?

Nah I've watched about 15 Sota games this year, and Rubio to a large extent putting them on his shoulder in the 4th getting lay-ups for everyone else.

Saw the Celtics-Bulls game, Bulls did well without Rose. Watson did a decent impression but defensively he didnt contain Rondo at all.

Asik I like more and more each time I see him, great size and is quite mobile, well at least more mobile then he looks.

Dwight has supposedly said he won't resign with the Lakers, so you'd be giving up Bynum, Pau, etc for a half-year rental.

How true that is... who knows. But Howard does think he's a #1 option on a contender(he's not), he's a #2.

@Dmzie.....this is Los Angleles mate.....not New Jersey.Getting Howard to sign an extension won't be a problem IMO.I mean , he wants to be here, he wants to act etc etc.....we have a legit superstar and we've proven consistently enough that we can put together winning teams.

Dani while I agree........We happen to also be giving up Gasol lol.Also I assume the TPE is going to someone as well.

It's been clear since day 1 that Mchale has a man crush on Gasol,he thinks he can toughen him up , get him to play defence use his length and size.....that's the only logic I can see if this goes through.

Why....I dunno..... you're probably making the playoffs anyway.

Of note here is I doubt Jim Buss will trade Bynum si I doubt this is true.

Still not a fair trade.

Howard is clearly better than Bynum, Nelson is alot better than Barnes, Scola is only a little bit worse than Gasol and your pick is worth nothing.

I admit the TPE is of good value but hardly making up for the other things.

Edit: I agree about Mchale and Gasol, but he is wrong lol

Us in the playoffs? I would rather we not make it. I dont see the glamour in coming 8th and getting swept. Would rather finish low and get a good pick.

Yeah, if you're the Rockets, you'd rather get a high pick. I honestly think Houston would be the best spot for Drummond(probably won't pick that high but just in terms of situations). I don't know if Olajuwon is still involved with the team, but tutelage from him and McHale would be perfect for AD.

He'll probably end up on either New Orleans or Charlotte though.

Because ESPN insiders reported that lakers inquired for Lowry via trade with Gasol, but Houston GM wants nothing of it. and they had a reports from an official saying that they were more likely to get Martin and Scola for Gasol, because Houston is still infatuated with Gasol.
