Having fleshed out the boxes of Juventus paying 70 million for the capital increase, Exor, the majority shareholder of Juventus, does cash from the sale of Alpitour, the first Italian group of tourism. As reported in "La Gazzetta dello Sport", the sale of 225 million to two funds belonging to Sgr and J. Wise Hirsch & Co will yield a gain of 140 million.
