Both Barcelona and the entourage of Chelsea midfielder Oriol Romeu (20) deny the recent statements of Chelsea coach Villas-Boas. Barcelona can buy Oriol Romeu back in 2012 for 10M and in 2013 for 15M. After 2013, Barcelona have a first option if Chelsea sells him. [md]

I saw this on twitter as well... but I dont think he will leave Chelsea anytime soon..

I doubt what AVB said was wrong otherwise the OFFICIAL Chelsea website would not publish it.

Not only Villas-Boas said it, but it was on the Chelsea FC website and if anything goes on that then that's something coming straight out of the club.

Hmmm, a clubs official website or a newspaper, who do I believe....

As Sushi@ before Anelka, name the last big name player to force their way out of the club. Chelsea has a history of hanging onto their players, Anelka was going to leave at the end of the year and Alex could well have been out then too so both don't really count.

I guess you missed the :lucas:

Chelsea have enough economic pull to retain anyone they want. Plus I doubt these kids would want to go from starting in CL matches to a very congested Barca bench.
