im really happy btw that Giaccherini scored a goal today, especially in the fashion that he did... will do wonders for his confidence

Giaccherini had a good game, but he is still not Juve material. A sub at best. I can't wait for the real midget to arrive. He will make Giaccherini a distant memory I am sure...

I disagree, players like him always grow. He's a fighter. Played in 4th division for years and had his career in tatters a while back cause of injury . He'll stay around, I'm sure of that. I adore giacc and so we all should.

A game like tonight's was BEGGING for a player like Giovinco, Matri (and Juventus for that matter) were begging for some creativity that highly up the pitch.

Estigarribia does the same things that Pepe does, although at a higher level (his crossing/dribbling are superior to Pepe for me) together in a 4-4-2 both could function but tonight I think this was a big mistake. I mean even Giaccherini came on and offered a different outlet than Esti was and then Elia just reinforced my point, even with the little time he had.
