The Swiss people love their 'Albanian' players , Xhaka was born in Switzerland and Shaqiri came here as a 1 year old baby.

I really wish people would finally acknowledge that the world has become smaller and people of the same nationality can have different roots. So if some person has Albanian roots but lives in Switzerland for ages? If s/he decides that s/he feels Swiss then s/he is Swiss. Same with the Turkish (or others) rooted people in Germany, Algerian rooted people in France etc.

Its different with Shaqiri since he's Kosovo-Albanian and we aren't recognized by FIFA yet. Till we'll get recognized he'll play for Switzerland.
