Penalty controversy in Spain - part 1
Since Florentino Perez was re-elected president (2009), Real Madrid has been awarded 26 penalties as opposed to 10 given to FC Barcelona in the same period. Now, I'm not making this up. Barca have had 10 penalties in two and half seasons. Today Madrid were losing 0-1 when they were awared penalty, again, not only that, they were awarded second penalty from Di Maria dive. The refs are conducting now things in La Liga, and it's more obvious than ever.

Valencia - Barcelona, two penalties not awarded that cost 2 points for Barca.
Valencia - Madrid, one clear penalty not awarded (Higuain) that cost 2 points for Barca.

Re: Penalty controversy in Spain - part 1
so why you are surprised. a president who spends 500 million for players could not spend a little amount for referees?

No I'm not surprised, I've said it all season along. I hope now everybody finally can see scandal. It's not really a scandal anymore, it's conspiracy.billionmillion wrote:so why you are surprised. a president who spends 500 million for players could not spend a little amount for referees?
