well no, because one injury and you guys COULD be screwed. If Pirlo is out you need a replacement and if any of your back 4 is injured. Juve were 18 games unbeaten with Quagliarella then he was out and so were Juve.

Although, I do believe this year it is different. To say you're back is a stretch, to say you're improving and in the right direction is fair. Had things gone in favour of lazio they could've just as easily won. You guys do show signs that a top team would make you pay for it. Napoli look hungry and eager now for a win and have shown European success, so I believe Tuesday is the real test

one thing I know 100% is JUVENTUS will play Champions League next season

But we defeated Inter, AC Milan Lazio etc.

so the top teams aren't making us pay.

Lazio is a top serie a team statistically but not a top team.

By top team I mean Barcelona, Real Madrid, the two Manchesters, Milan, Napoli, and particularly Bayern Munich.

That is true, but Juventus will not even be able to face those teams without being in Europe, which makes what JNC said have that much more weight.

Also, if you guys remember, Del Neri also had a great record against the top 7 teams in Italy
Juventus have dropped points to Bologna, Catania, Chievo and Genoa- not so spectacular but you can't win em all and I'd rather beat the likes of Milan and Inter than those games, must be said.

True, we haven't gone through the 'curse of January'

If we are still in first place after we play all the teams once, after the 19th game, then yes we are back in regards to Serie A. We will know this sometime in mid-January.

As for Europe, if we qualify for CL, then it is up to Marotta in the summer to get back Giovinco and get a quality LB and a world class SS (Balotelli). If Marotta can get Giovinco, Kolarov and Balotelli next summer then yes we would be back to where we were before and we can challenge the likes of Bayern, Milan, Man U and maybe even Barcelona and Real Madrid.
