pretty pointless imo.

I think it has a point. I think they are smart enough to know the response will be "tough, he is the best player and he dribbles alot..of course he is going to get fouled".

However, the publicity of it alone will surely win Neymar more foul as it gives added awareness.

Its a subtle way of influencing decisions.

I don't think anything changes. If he was playing for Corinthians or Sao Paulo he would be awarded more fouls though. Laughing

Matías Fernández from Sporting Lisbon is being linked to Atlético Mineiro, and according to Portuguese sports newspaper Record, a deal is possible if the offer is good enough. BMG is helping Atlético Mineiro in that negotiation.

Palmeiras 3-3 Sao Paulo.

Hernan Barcos is a BEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fluminense 3-1 Vasco. Fluminense are the Taca Guanabara champs.

Caixas beat Gremio 5-4 on penalties, ended 1-1 in regular time. Caixas progress to the Taça Piratini final. They play the winner of Juventude vs. Novo Hamburgo.

rumors are Hyundai will pay Corinthians R$ 52 million/year to become their main sponsor.

Hyundai, according to Lance!, also want to sponsor Flamengo and São Paulo.

Mano Menezes ruled out calling up Kaká or Robinho for the Olympics, and that the 3 older players are in Brazil's current squad.

Brazil's XI in training today

Júlio César; Daniel Alves, Thiago Silva, David Luiz e Marcelo; Sandro, Fernandinho, Hernanes e Ronaldinho Gaúcho; Neymar e Leandro Damião

why is Dinho and dinho there.. not one of them deserve to be called-up. David Luiz??? Alves?!?! CESAR?!?!

Mano makes it hard for me to root for Brazil anymore.

I would move to Hernanes to Fernandinho's spot, who shouldn't even be called-up in the first place, then move Ganso into Hernanes spot.

Julio Cesar sucks, I would start Rafael for the purpose of he needs some reps before the Olympics start.

Cesar will eventually make a blunder and get dropped.

Hernanes isnt good defensively to have such a deep role I would do this

Hulk/Lucas----Ganso------Neymar

---------Damiao------------- or

Hernanes-------------Ganso
Damiao--------------Neymar

Hernanes has always and forever played the deeprole. His natural position is volante.

Him being at volante will open up another spot for another meia, like Oscar.

mano menezes doesn't surprise me. he never has been good enough for the selecao. what else to expect from a former corinthians coach? lol.

i mean, now that ganso has his confidence and his football back, he goes and benches him. does that make sense to anyone? hernanes should play as volante and ganso should take the 10. it's not hard to *bleep* see it.

that guy called ronaldinho up ffs, he has no idea what he is doing. he is just trying to please the fans.

at least dunga would stick to his principles. (as ugly as they were)
