Avallone is saying that Seedorf is almost certain to play Copa Libertadores for Corinthians. I doubt it's so certain though and it would be weird for him to leave his club mid-season, he doesn't look like the kind of player that would do something like this.

in other news, Jean Carlos Chera passed the medical and should sign a 3-year contract with Flamengo within the next days.

Flamengo's 6.5 million € offer to make the loan deal of Thiago Neves permanent has reportedly been accepted by Al-Hilal.

Sportv's Luiz Ademar Júnior claims Nilmar from Villarreal is close to joining São Paulo.

Vagner Love is also close to joining Gremio.

26 yr old ex-Cruzeiro and Atletico-MG player, Wágner, has signed for Fluminense on a free transfer after Gaziantepspor agreed to terminate his contract on a mutual agreement.

This is a very good signing for Flu.

Brazil crushed Bolivia 6-1 in the South American Under 15 Championship.

Vasco's striker Mosquito scored 5 goals.

Bolivian player Saavedra scored that kind of goal from the middle of the pitch that Pelé could not score in 1970.

dat rape.. Mosquito seems to be a very promising player, even prior to this game.

This list is kinda meh tbh

No Mário Fernandes, Arouca is no holding mid at all and all of these referees are crap.

But the worst part is Thiago Neves being there.

I don't get where all the hype for this guy comes from.

What he has ever done or won? He failed in Europe, he was was poor most of the Brasileiro for Flamengo. And to think people wanted him playing for the NT.

This guy is a rich man's Leo Lima at best. Laughing

Thiago Neves was Fluminense's best player when they were in the Copa Libertadores back in like 07 or 08.

Same Flu who also had Thiago Silva.

Atlético Mineiro and Flamengo will both have their biggest budgets ever due to the new TV deal, probably most other big clubs and medium sized ones will follow suit.

And Marcelo Moreno is being linked to Grêmio as it seems they won't be able to sign Vágner Love (who will maybe join Flamengo).

Brasileirao Serie A will once again be what it once was. Very Happy

Corinthians president Andrés Sanchez is the new director for Brazil's national teams, this function means he will have the power to hire and sack managers from all Brazil's national teams - senior, youth and women's.

Mano Menezes will be pleased as he used to manage Corinthians and thus has strong relations with Andrés Sanchez, so it's probably less likely he gets sacked now.

Heh. Afro

I heard he's coming to Corinthians.

He's a 20 yr old Volante.. very good actually, but not ready to make the leap to Europe top flight yet.
