Santos will play against Monterrey or preliminary round teams Auckland or the J-League champions in the Club World Cup semis while Barcelona will meet Espérance or Al Sadd.

Palmeiras are apparently trying to bring Obina back from China. The player is not so happy there as he couldn't adapt to the country...

Taison just posted "verde" (means "green") on Twitter, so people are already understanding this is an indication he will join Palmeiras soon.

Wagner, on the other hand, is now much closer to Fluminense than to Palmeiras.

Ukraine is a graveyard for Brazilians tbh.

Diego Tardelli told Rádio Bandeirantes that he is indeed returning to Brazilian football in 2012, but he didn't name the club. It's more likely it's Atlético Mineiro though, with a very tiny chance of being Palmeiras.

oh and London 2012.. Probably witness the best U-23 Brazilian squad ever.. I'm going to rage if they don't comeback with a Gold Medal..

Alex Sandro, Fabio, Rafael, Coutinho, Oscar, Danilo, Casemiro, Neymar, Lucas Moura, Mario Fernandes, Dudu, Pato, Ganso, Douglas Costa, Kleber, Sandro, Damiao, Elkeson etc..

all of that prime talent.

Will Milan let him go? That's the question.

The options are: Sidney (Benfica), Maicon (Porto), both meh and bench warmers, Breno da firestarter, Manoel (CAP) and Rafael Toloi (Goiás), both interesting prospects, but relegated teams and poor performances motivated by transfer frustration.

Firmino is a good shout as well.

I'm sure Milan will let him go.I'm not sure about pato though.About his partner, whoever gets the call up will perform ok.actually,if dede is still 23 next year he can get a callup, that would be a really godly Olympic squad.IMO we should callup thiago, leiva and dede/luiz if dede isn't eligible
