Alves and Alexis shoud not be there
neither should Abidal, Robben or Muller be there, they werent that great

players like, as said in a previous post, Sahin, Bender, Vidal, Silva.
I think they even missed one of Madrid's best players last year, Marcelo

and is it just me or is Miro Klose's name on that list rather odd?

Sanchez was probably the best attacking player in Serie A last year behind Cavani and Di Natale......

Alves was an assist machine for a team that won the league and cl ffs lol

Abidal was probably Barca's best defender last year......

While i agree Robben shouldnt be there, Muller should imo hes been a creative rampage for ages now......

If Casillas and Khedira who were meh for most of the year can be there then theres no reason why Alves, Muller, Abidal and Sanchez shouldnt be....

I do agree theres a crap load that are not there not should be, but lets wait before the full list is announced before going nuts....

Villa is probably there because he scored or performed highly in nearly every big match that Barca had.........

Other than that i agree.

Khedira meh because he is no flashy lool,people need too watch a madrid match with khedira and with out him.

Khedira was crap for the first 6 months......

I do agree he was one of the reasons you beat Barca in Copa Del rey, but is that really enough to be recognized to be one of the best players of the year ?

He made hardly any mistakes all season and saved Barca alot when they went through bad form......

If either TSilva or Vidic are not included in the shortlist, this award loses all validity.

One was part of Serie A's champion with the least goal conceded in the last 10 years. All the while getting only ONE yellow card.

The other was part of a EPL winning team and CL finalists. A team that relied on their defensive ability in lack of offensive players (Rooney's drop in form).

Makes Khedira and Casillas more logical, and makes Sahin not being there logical etc.

also disagree with Rossi should be there comment,being a constant watcher or villarreal i can easily say he has got to be the most over rated and over hyped forward in the world.There is a reason barca choose alexis instead of him.

Khedira once again is a key part in Madrid system and goes underrated but he is one of these guys who you just can't lose in your team, he does so much work unnoticed but the important work
