Serie A is the best league by far. Should I pull up the Champion's League's won in the last twenty-five years ?

The EPL is nothing great right now. The typical Manchester United on top, Manchester City finally spent enough to get somewhere in their league, and every other team has been atypical, bar Arsenal but after their transfers this came as no surprise.
