Yup and like the current ItalJuve that's undefeated
Funny how when Italy gets through the Euro qualifiers undefeated, it's not ItaliaJuve anymore.
Yeah it is, Juve was, is and forever will be the heart and spine of Italian national team, learn to deal with that

But that is simply not true.
You say ItalJuve 2006, but you only had 6 players from Juventus, and only four starters. Milan had three (one got injured) starters and four overall. Inter then had one starter.

Oh yes it is )
@CroInter : nope D: hahahaha
In last year or so during the qualifiers, Juve had 2 guarated starters (Girogio and Buffon) and now Pirlo, thats 3, rest were not starters most of the time as there others who started when fit.
So with 3 starters i just dont see italJuve at all.
Yes they are still biggest contributers to Italy starting team but not as much as some Juve fans are trying to make it look like.

Re: Juve, past and present...
The 90s the most successful era in Juve's history........
Juve went 8 years without winning the league title and just as the good old days something had to be done at all expenses and QUICK, so Juventus went back to the old habit of enquiring the best talents of the italian clubs, as well as managements; not caring much as usual to what implication that has on the Italian football, so Maggio showed great success with Napoli, then later with Roma had to be dragged away from Roma, Lippi dragged away from Napoli, and the signing of the most 3 UNDERRATED players in Juventus history:
1) EPO.
2) Samyr.
3) Neoton.
To follow..... later on tonight.

Re: Juve, past and present...
Ok let me get this straight.
Your point here is that Juve buy good players from Italian teams? LOL... Of course we do, big surprise?
Your point is that we dont have the best Youth system? Sure, its not the best out there.
Anyone trying to prove that Milan or Inter contribute more to Italia are just deceiving themselves.

PrimaDonnas coming after the forum
Expect the end to happen soon enough.
Typical Fabri as delusional and wrong he always is.
I will ignore all the obvious points you made out there. Because at the end, we all know how stupid Baresi and CroInter really are. If they think one player and some Coppas make up the national side then they can take their heads and drown themselves into the pits for all I care. By the way, the point of having ex players joining Juve later on is completely irrelavent.
Now the point I want to go on about is you mentioning Juve don't have a great youth system.. or saying 'not the best'. I would say Juventus have the best youth system in Italy right now. How the hell can you say were not the best, when we've won the most prestigious youth trophy 6 out 10 times in the last 10 years. In fact winning it this year as well.
Not to mention being in the finals vs. Roma today...
When we have also provided some of the best youth out there.
Im going to follow up with Barbs point here and show that the majority of Serie A clubs are have all former Juventus youth products.
Ciao for now boys.

88/89 Juve 4th
89/90 Juve 4th
90/91 Juve 7th
91/92 Juve 2nd
92/93 Juve 4th
93/94 Juve 2nd
so in 91 Juve realized that they can't succeed without their "traditional" way of weakening the league so again a shopping spree started in 91 after failing to achieve better than 4th position in the previous 4 seasons, below is the squad of Juve that won the 94/95 championship.
Baggio from Fiorentina in 90
Kohler, Massimo Carrera from Bari, and GK Peruzzi from Roma, Conte from Lecce all arrived in 91
Torricelli, Vialli from Sampdoria, Ravanelli in 92
Di Livio Porrini in 93
Ferrera from Napoli, Paulo Sousa, Tacchinardi, Jarni, Deschamps in 94.
ADP is the ONLY home grown Juve player in that squad.

Re: Juve, past and present...
tbf, the late 80s and early 90s was the golden age of AC Milan and Serie A was massively competitive.... not to mention that the entire golden generation of Juve, including the manager, move on within 3 years of WC 1986.
Platini leaving Juve was a massive blow to the team. It would be like Messi leaving Barca... unless you go and buy another once-in-a-generation player, you're going to have a hard time. Everything was built around these players.

That's such a contradictory statement considering you only post negatively about Juventus and you waited to bump this thread at the moment a Juventus player was dropped from the national team lmao

Not to mention the Milan owner has stolen money from the Italian people for decades in order to pay for his players... it's not a coincidence that he's suddenly tight now that he's no longer in power lol.

Berlusconi started his political career in the early-mid 90s. By then he was already one of the richest in the country.....sportsczy wrote:Not to mention the Milan owner has stolen money from the Italian people for decades in order to pay for his players... it's not a coincidence that he's suddenly tight now that he's no longer in power lol.

He isn't tight by any means. He simply is liquidizing his assets along with syphoning money from Finninvest in order to pay for his fine of 500+ million from 2011 and newly presented lawsuits in which he has spent over 650+ million in those lawsuits alone.
Milan despite some inconsistencies are financially booming through revenue yet somehow we can't afford anything while "Mister" Berlusconi keeps stealing from Milan after robbing our country. Poetic irony isn't it?
