I'm sorry, how does Xavi not win this hands down? Fulcrum for spain in the Euros, fulcrum for Barca the last 3 seasons, WC team built around him and Spain plays around him. No competition tbh. Maybe Villa, he was Spains main attacking threat in EUros and dragged them through WC with his goals and jkust became all time leading scorer. but Xavi is numero uno. Ozil? loooooooooooool. What a joke, Fabregas has done more than him ffs.

xavi was crap for large chunks of last season apart from maybe the CL final and other handful of games, this season it doesnt exactly look like he is improving lol, btw xabi alonso is spains second top scorer under VDB

Alves doesn't suck for Brazil though.

Except in the friendly against Germany. He got that penalty nicely, from Lahm of all people, but besides that he got owned a bit. But in other matches he is actually as good for Brazil as he is for Barca, so he's a good shout imho.
