Rincón is the best CM in South America
With a very humble squad has shattered the midfields of Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Chile.
Better than Ramires, better than Mascherano, better than Banega, better than Lucas Leiva.
Fact.

Not surprised he shone against a midfield that consisted of Mascherano and Di Maria.

This. And a certain Neymar.Jeps33178 wrote:He also outshone a certain Messi I keep hearing about
Deserves for Hamburg to be in top form, IMO.
Oh, and I forgot: better than Cabaye
AND Cleverley.

shame that Hamburg looks almost destined for relegation this year
not that I'm a great follower of Hamburg but I read Rincon hasn't played too much this year?

He's actually already started 5 games, Jeps. Hamburg will improve though once their Chelsea loanees adapt. He's been good but let down by the team.

Anyway, Rincon is average, this was just a one off result, awful tactics and selection leading to this, but congratulations to Venezuela, historic achievement, well deserved.

This. As much as I want Hamburg to get relegated (Viva St. Pauli! ) - they've never been relegated since the founding of the Bundesliga. And I doubt they will this year. They'll still muscle past Augsburg and probably Nuremberg. Freiburg and FCK as well, probably.
