Which team had the best transfer campaign? (on paper)
My nominations are City and Roma. Revolutionised their squads, will be leading their leagues in 1 year, imo.

Valencia had and outstanding and terribly overlooked transfer season.
Sold Mata and got Piatti, parejo , canales and rami for half of what they sold mata for.

oh arsenal got arteta?? then thats very good... he is a tremendous central midfielder, and would be perfect for arsenal.
well, with that kind of signing i think arsenal just got escape route from falling from top 4 of EPL. hope they would make the best out of new signings, it would be real pity not to see arsenal in top 4.

think, juve roma barca manutd mancity had a good transfer campaign. as for club i support, milan.. not bad given that we were possibly deprived of top notch signings due to berlusconi scandal this summer.
serie a is going to have one kick asss season, i see juventus roma inter finally making serious challenge on ac milan. it has been long time since this top clubs are going to compete for scudetto with each other neck to neck

City for the time being
Roma within the next 3 years
I like Juventus' moves but they spent nearly 90M and didn't really get that bang for buck, too much quantity over quality (redeeming players like Pepe) and failing to move a lot of dead weight

At the moment City has professional footballers making 100,000 pounds a week sittting on a bench watching PRACTICES.If they sold anyone then it would've been a good transfer season. Their only redemption is loaning out adebayor and santa cruz ......... however they are still paying both of their wages.

Chelsea's campaign was good.
I would say Roma though. Or Bayern. Both teams fixed their biggest problems.

Plus 10m to think about it.
I'd rather RM rots in the reserves than helping Chelsea. Two windows in a row.
I'm sure Kenny will get the best out of it.
