Lorenzo Tassi
We paid 2.5 million for 50% to Brescia for "new Baggio", he is only 16, anyone knows anything about the kid?

Re: Lorenzo Tassi
I remember reading the Brescia owner say he would never sell him lol.
2,5mil for half of a teenage boys rights is lots of money. He is going right into the nextgen squad fcinter reports..
Edit: He costs 4mil total
That's 1mil more than Tinho.

Re: Lorenzo Tassi
Lorenzo Tassi, how does it feel to wear the Inter shirt?
"Well, it is an honor. I have always been a Juventino to say the truth but I'm very happy this way." (Tit for tat! You have 2 interisti in your team)
Juve also wanted you and there is Pirlo.
"It's true, I'm aware of their interest. Pirlo is the example to follow and a Bresiano like me. He's from Flero and I'm from Bovezzo. He then became world champion which is also my dream but I'm 16 and my road ahead is long so I can hope."
Just like Pirlo 13 years ago, Corioni and Moratti made their moves.
"It happened at midnight. Then my agent Tinti called me. Both presidents have found an agreement so I packed up without losing a moment. This is my big chance."
Corioni says that Tassi is the new Baggio.
"Maybe. The president has always had confidence in me. People always compare me to the great champions. They say I'm predestined to be great but I, surely, don't have these illusions. It is up to me to train hard and show what I am worth on the field. Talent alone cannot be enough. Talents in Serie A are many."
But what is the role of Tassi?
"I can do many things: trequartista behind lone forward or two forwards, a second forward, a central midfielder in a midfield of three. I can do well on the left but my foot is the right one. I like making assists and taking free-kicks."
From Brescia to Inter at 16 years old. Who should you thank?
"Roberto Clerici, who was my first teacher. He is in training camp with his youngsters in Pieve di Soligo but I called him immediately. Football is his life and I want the same thing for mine. I also want to thank Giampaolo Saurini. He is my Primavera coach who, this Wednesday night, will have the final of Desenzano tournament. On the field there will also be my brother Matteo. I also want to salute all my friends."
Where will you play at Inter?
"Primavera, Allievi, I don't know. From now on, for me, everything will be a discovery. An exciting adventure awaits me. In Brescia, I attend school of science and sport. Now I will go to Milan and live in an apartment but when I can I will go home to my mom, Rosanna. She is very proud of me."
Connection that cannot be broken.
"Same thing with Brescia. I'm rooting for them to immediately return to Serie A. In the meantime I will try to assert myself at Inter. I have to give it all in order to follow the footsteps of Pirlo."

In order to follow the footsteps of Pirlo? That doesn't sound good at all!
Hope he'll become an Inter Great someday!

Re: Lorenzo Tassi
Great talent, I'm jelly.
Although If he succeeds I can support him because he's a Juventino (a big one too) if he fails to live up to the hype I can blame Inter and forever criticize them
No pressure boys, the future of Italian football is in your hands.
Gives me a reason to watch this u-19 CL thingy now aswell.

Re: Lorenzo Tassi
To be honest I couldn't really tell you...I didnt get to watch the game myself, looked everywhere for a link but couldn't find one, so I followed the play by play
Some eastern european kid (Gomelt? Gomlet? something like that) scored a hat trick and then got himself sent off (A feat known as "The Balotelli") Coulibaly that kid from Ivory Coast who lit up the u20 world cup got on the score sheet once or twice as well IIRC...(We scored our goal on a PK)
As for the strength of our lineup, I'm not sure I know enough to say
I'm familiar with the most promising prospects, not much farther than that...I know Romano played (and captained) Bianchetti played, Knasmuller did not (There was a rumor that he was sold?) Crisiteg is now officially a first team player, Alborno did not play...
Either way, we got throttled

Re: Lorenzo Tassi
Because i'm fantastically kind, I bring you a video or two that googling Lorenzo Tassi wont give you;
The goalscorer, No.7, Is Tassi. Before you ask the No.11 with teh mad skillz's is Marco Di Benedetto.
Again another goal of his.

Re: Lorenzo Tassi
I was so excited when I saw this thread because I thought Cro was back.
Beautiful shot, quite a stunning curl on the ball.
