Yup... that was a heck of a move by Benz. One thing i noticed tonight: His balance is getting strong. He's starting to use his strength. He must be working on core strength and balance pretty hard.

France kit really suits Benzema.

Too bad it looks ugly. Almost like a sailor shirt.

He always had superior balance and I agree It's getting better . He really needs to start using his strength and power to take his game to a new level.

I actually thought his balance has been bad given his size. He gets pushed off his base too easily. But tonight, he put the hurting on a couple of defenders. Hadn't seen that ever actually.

Karim getting Stronger? excellent, he is building on his targetman skills. wud like an increase in speed though.

all the press talk im reading lately indicates that benz isnt leaving. earlier then yeah u got a point but right now nope. still didnt see benz leaving us even then.

Im more questioning aguero coming than benz leaving.

I wonder how it would be if Benzema ended up staying and we bought Aguero..

last time i read something on the benz was his agent reaffirming karim's commitment to the madrid cause whilst commenting on mou affirming karim trust. it was on marca and as iirc but it was awhile ago.

its also why im bitching about nothing new on benz

Well, for starters, Mourinho always loves to have three strikers in his squad, so he would definitely get rid of Adebayor. But, who starts and who gets benched? Will he start with two strikers and have one left on the bench?

Too many questions can be asked on this issue but they're very hard to answer at the moment, our squad has too much quality in it, we can easily form more than five possible different starting lineups for next season with the players we have at our disposal.

I guess we'll just have to wait for the preseason and see what Mourinho has in plan for us.

Here's an interesting tidbit... Benzema is trying to get Nasri to not make a decision yet. He may be going to Arsenal and wants Nasri to stay if he is. Nasri has told Benz he would compromise if he knew that he was coming; it would prove to him Arsenal serious about winning. Source close to France NT training...

Everyone here has to realize that clubs, players and agents say what is needed to the media at the time. It does absolutely no good for Benzema to not be super-positive about Madrid while nothing has happened.

He knows, as do most, that if Aguero comes, he is still the most likely guy out.

I hope Benzemas first choice club is Arsenal. Him and Nasri on the wings would be pretty nice.
