During the "Special Cup", broadcast on Sportitalia, Michael Criscitiello has revealed that Alberto Aquilani has an agreement with Juventus, but first wants to count the outside. It is the name Giaccherini warmer.

He is smart. Vargas is a waste of money, Bastos was too complicated, and Aquilani may still return, but Conte already has enough midfielders. He is keeping Marrone for sure so clearly he is playing youth which is a good thing.

Yes, if it were up to me then I would take Aquilani, but Conte is the man playing the players, not Marotta. If Conte does not want him and Marotta goes for him, he will be sitting on the bench. I love Aquilani too much to see him rot on the sidelines.

Either he is a starter, or he should go to a team that gives him that role. If he does not start, he may not be called for Gli Azzurri, considering Pirlo and Marchisio are probably ahead of him already, and that is just on Juventus.

So so far Marotta has done great job ...all the players including Pazzinza are part of the Conte-Marotta convo ..so no negatives :coffee:

Pazienza.*

And well Marotta has done a pretty good job, I, along with others may have been supportive had he not said "A top player will arrive at Juventus to open the stadium" before going for Aguero, downgrading to Rossi, then downgrading to Vucinic.

But I still want Aquilani, but that would be impossible so I have given up on it. Get Poli instead and have him be a substitute and get playing experience as Pirlo cannot play all the games.

Finally some sense ...For the top player its not all marotta's fault ....simply players want UCL and we can't compete with that ...We had deal City came offered same money plus UCL and he went there

imagine Elkann and Agnelli offered him every right to their cars and tracks and F1 track to drive

Devi, I never flat out hated Marotta, I knew it was Conte's doing as Bastos was basically at the airport taking a flight to Torino but Conte hijacked the plane, so to speak. It is just that he has to get a move on, the transfer window is shortly closing and the area of defence has not been dealt with, though I know Alex is close, but a winger is far away so hopefully he has a plan.

If only Juventus could find a Krasic; a talented, sought-after player who loves Juventus and does not care about UCL or money. Forza MILOSH. <3

Hmm very good statistics actually, seven goals and three assists playing on a team like Bologna. Just imagine him having people like Pirlo and Vidal and Marchisio feeding him the ball and Matri and Quagliarell and Vucinic to pass the ball to, would be magical.

Only thing which concerns me is he appears to be a bit of a hot-head, five yellows and one red. Typical of a South American player though, take a look at guys like Felipe Melo ! But that can be fixed easily, talent is what matters.

That particular site has him posted for a fee of €8.5M, any clue as to what the offer was ?

Wow, so he is essentially a lesser-known, younger, and cheaper Bastos [as he can play LWB] ?

If that is the case, get him Marotta. But I STILL want to see Pasquato and Di Silvestro play. Very Happy
