Ibra winning? Haha, how does Falcao have no votes, he was exceptional last season. Forgive me if i'm wrong but a strikers role is to score goals ye? Falcao scored 39 last season and Ibra 14? Ibra did play less games but the ratio is still much in Falcao's favour. Ibra has much more to his game but in terms of simply putting the ball in the back of the net, I think Falcao would be ahead, if he had the ability to fashion chances himself he'd be unstoppable.

Aguero is the #1 support striker in the world. Closely followed by Rooney, Tevez, Suarez, Lavezzi, Rossi, and Podolski.

Ibrahimovic is the #1 target man. Closely followed by Drogba, Etoo, Gomez, Cavani, Torres and Dzeko. I only put Dzeko and Torres in there because in my opinion when Dzeko is on form, hes about the same level as Ibra and when Torres is on form, hes without a doubt #1 in my opinion.

Eto'o because he has a ruthless killer instinct in front of goal and it's his mentality that makes his perform at such high levels as opposed to his talent and skill.

Villa follows as second for me, because of his deadly strike accuracy and eye for goal, but he has a little more to do in order to catch up to Eto'o IMO. Villa is better for this Barca side though.

Rooney comes third.

All competitions: 46/53 - that is 0.87 goals per match
If you count goals (53) per minutes played (3956) it is one goal every 86 minutes.

Season 2011/12 so far:
BL: 4/4
CL Quali: 1/2
DFB-Pokal: 1/1
All competitions: 6/8 - 0.75, atm 1 goal every 102 minutes.

Not too shabby, if you ask me ^^

Well, I always thought the "striker" (= "Stürmer" in German) is the guy that gets the goals, which is exactly what Gomez does. He's not supposed to do somersaults or pirouettes or other fancy stuff, he is just supposed to bury the ball in the net, and that's what he does admirably.

In this order:

1) Etoo
2) Villa
3) Ibra

They showed consistency over years, unlike others. Have been cornerstones in their teams.

How can anybody nominate RVP or Rooney is beyond me.

When was the last time RVP head +20 in EPL? In potential he can be best, but injuries let him down.

Rooney is inconsistent as hell, complete disaster last season.
