I'd rather see him loaned out as he can have more playing time and gain more experience, then come back next season.

Thats because his stock has fallen down this year..It may be perfomance related also..

I think even if you had the best CB partnership in the world but had FBs like Motta and an elderly Grosso the CBs wouldnt look very good.

Bonucci is a great player- formed the best defence in the league with Ranocchia- both look a bit shaky now but I'm sure this season they will gel- and with solid FBs Bonucci will look world class.

Something I've noticed about Juve fans in general- you seem to look at very promising players like Bonucci and Giovinco and cast them aside but other players are untouchable and you'd rather see them played out of position to the detriment of the side than not at all. Of course it's not all of you- just something I've noticed.

Bonucci is the future. Give him another chance! He wasn't even that bad last season- by no means the worst performer.

I responded because you gave credit to beppe for this deal..But in reality he had a pretty average season at hamburg..But he's talented player no doubt although not yet that finished product..

And there's hardly a bidding war in this deal as we are the only club showin 'real' interest..

Also one more fact to consider is that bundesliga clubs dont really sell players for inflated transfer fees..They are very shrewd dealers IMO..
