No future at Chelsea. Let's be honest.

Funny to think that John Terry is the only modern full bred Chelsea player, don't think anyone else has a chance.

Chalobah in danger of going the same way, for me. Huge upcoming 5 months for him at Boro.

"Because of his outstanding qualities as a footballer - and the fact that he played for such a world-class team for 17 games in a season - the expectation on him was far too high to fully fulfill that week in, week out."
"They sent him out on loan and for some reason his career has stalled a little bit."
"He didn't progress as much as Josh and maybe Chelsea thought. Now, Josh comes into a situation here and Josh knows exactly what he needs, which way he will respond best and Chelsea also know that."
"At the moment, Josh is not at his best so we have to make sure he recovers form, he recovers confidence and he is capable of performing consistently at a high tempo in the modern way of football."

Re: our future playmaker - Josh McEachran
Josh sitting in the away end at the Etihad with Chelsea fans(and one who appears to be Marko Marin with braces on )
I hope he has some kind of breakthrough in the next 2 years. Its really make or break for him at the moment.

Re: our future playmaker - Josh McEachran
I can't quite put a finger on what went wrong. If I had to guess, it would be the fact that AVB immediately sent him out on loan after a good season of playing with us.

Re: our future playmaker - Josh McEachran
The play making abilities have always been there but his total lack of defensive ability made it hard for him to play for us, we loaned him and he barely played due to poor loan choices + his poor defending.
If he had hit some form and REALLY learned how to play when he didn't have the ball, he'd be a different player.
