the Cesc Fabregas Thread
the next 10 days are really important to Arsenal, Fans, wenger, Fabregas, Douche Media etc
Thought lets make a thread to discuss everything that happens related with cesc.
I dont know whats gonna happen. I really hope he stays, rather see nasri go then cesc but Things arnt looking good atm.
Word is that he might be off within this week. Negotiation are going as people from barcelona are in london atm.

Re: the Cesc Fabregas Thread
I said about a month ago Fabregas will stay because Barcelona won't pay up for him.
Even though that prediction is coming under serious threat at the moment, I'm sticking by it. I feel that, in the end, Barcelona will continue to dance around our valuation, offering smaller amounts in different ways. One day they might offer €35,000,000 up front, the next it's €32,500,000 plus performance based add-ons, etc.
If Arsenal stay firm in their valuation until after the Emirates Cup then that'll be it for another season.

The word negotiation should've even be involved with this saga
£40 million or the Barcelona representatives can go on a nice guided tour of London before jetting off to HQ

Re: the Cesc Fabregas Thread
RG, will you see Fabregas as an Arsenal legend, if he does leave? Frankly ive come to terms with Cesc leaving. He will always be a Gooner, and I actually feel that he will come back to arsenal right b4 he retires, or a coach. maybe this is wish full thinking on my part but mehh!

Re: the Cesc Fabregas Thread
The best thing for Arsenal is now to get rid Cesc sick of all this Barca drama. Cesc wants to go let him go and learn his lesson like all other Arsenal players did.

Re: the Cesc Fabregas Thread
Maybe not a legend. He hasn't done enough for a legend status yet. But definitely, I respect him and whether he stays or goes, either way, I won't be mad at him. Will just feel sorry that we lost him and wish him the very best for his life.
However, that ain't happening for another couple of seasons. I don't see myself eating my words anytime soon. Fabregas is a happy camper at emirates and barca are broke blokes.

Re: the Cesc Fabregas Thread
Cesc in terms of contribution and skill and importance in a particular era of Arsenal is a legend but as a role model he isnt. I still dont see the soul in him. i think its unfair 2 put Cesc in the same category as people like Viera, Tony Adam, Allan Smith, Ian wright e.t.c. these guys really gave their all. Maybe the tabloids have affected cesc somehow bcoz i can imagine the pressure he is in. if he wants Legend status he should come out and say fcuk the papers and reaffirm his arsenal loyality.

Re: the Cesc Fabregas Thread
Im with RG, I'd rather see Nasri go than Cesc!
Cesc is juz so so priceless to us. We need him.
Tbh, this time last year i said that Cesc will be leaving this time this year. But I kinda don't think so anymore.
Yes I heard all the stories lately, which are saying that Cesc could be at Barca before the end of this week.
But, i tell ya'll if we stay at our asking price, then Barca won't buy Cesc. I juz don't think they have enough money at the time right now.
I have a feeling that the Barcelona people who are in london atm, are here to negotiate and try to persuade us to lower our asking price for Cesc. We should juz stay firm and say "on our terms or nothing"

Re: the Cesc Fabregas Thread
thansk boss about the sig.
I think its best to let Nasri go if he dont want to be at Arsenal. We need Cesc for one more year so Jack and Ramsey can mature and hopefully Wenger brings in players.

Re: the Cesc Fabregas Thread
Sorry my Albanian friend i don't agree with you. When Cesc plays, even though he wants to return to his homeland one day, he gives it his all for us. He's not lazy, he tries everything he can to get the win for us. Perfect example is when we faced Barce for the first time 2 seasons ago. It was the club he wants to return to but he didn't hold back, and continued playing with a broken leg. He is 100% committed to us. Nasri on the other hand....boss wrote:2b honest ,we should let him go ! If he really want's to go..enough!!....@Raptorgunner...wowww your'e sig...what a STRONG message to !...
