Re: Premier League 2023/24
Rodri was clenching his right knee and looked like he was in real agony during the match against Fluminense, but according to Sky Sports’ Kaveh Solhekol, Rodri himself claims that he’ll be ready for their next match despite experiencing the «worst injury of his career». Seems a bit odd, but I suppose the injury might not be long-term after all.

Van Djik is really a shadow of himself too sadly.
Not sure if you've followed us extensively this season, VVD has been MOTM even in games where we've conceded 3. He is almost back to his best. There have been 3 players who have constantly given a 7.5/10 or higher this season in every match they have played, it's Alisson, VVD and Elliot (from the bench)
We certainly can get caught out with the system we are playing but hey! we're joint best defense with 4 out of those 15 goals coming in 2 games Alisson didn't play.
I certainly thought it was a huge mistake giving Van Disney the aura merchant, the arm band but he has elated himself back to Van Dijk levels.
Not so much. I saw him against France for Euro qualifying and he just got destroyed both times, the last one being October 13. Looked 3 steps slower and just couldn't keep pace with any of the runs.
Glad to hear that's changed.

Re: Premier League 2023/24
He will likely be out in the summer. I think sacking him now or in january would be a panick-y move by the club, and it probably won't do them any good in terms of "steadying the ship", as they say
That said, the players do seem to look fired up every time a new manager comes in. It might improve their results in the second half of the season. I just don't think it does the club any favors in terms of pulling powers and whatnot. Stability is a good thing.

What a goal by Salah to equalize....
Funny it almost looked like Klopp being the first ever coach to injure his player there?

Zinchenko is being turned inside out by Salah. He needs to come off or Martinelli has to protect him better

Konate is such a beast of a defender... does he have weaknesses? Why has he been on the bench for sooo long behind the others?

Re: Premier League 2023/24
Gravenberch and Szoboszlai are atrocious. You'd think they were playing for Arsenal. Terrible!
Poor attacking by both teams in the second half. Also why are Pool playing on the counter at their own yard.

Yet have the H2H upperhand against Arsenal
Btw Arsenal are probably in need of a target man up top *cough* Osmihen *cough*. They seem to be a predominantly crossing team but without a target man you are hardly going to score

Only seen the second half but i agree that it was a good result for Arsenal because they hold onto the draw. It was quite an even battle however Liverpool had more arguments in attack. Arsenal can hold their ground though. Nonetheless Zinchenko needs to be axed

upperhand where and how?
we got 4 pts off them last season, and i'm confident we can do it again this season

Judging by this game I think the reverse leg is probably ending in a draw too. That's probably what the managers will be aiming for too

Re: Premier League 2023/24
One of the best games of the season. Shame a classic 1-1 draw had to cement our recent luck with drawing. I swear LFC-UTD & LFC-ARS games always end up in 1-1 draws or draws by now.
In attack we were indeed the better side if not as a whole but Luis Diaz is not the same player we bought from Porto and once again No Nuts Nuñez is just not coming into fruition. If another toothless scouser will tell me "Oh will ye give him time will ya" pls dont bc y'all told me to give Jay fucking Spearing time. STFU.
