Paying off referees is pretty black and white. Tebas can't afford to suspend Barca because, likely, the media rights he pre-sold have a clause about Barca and Madrid games. So he's saying "statute of limitations" as a cop-out.

Disgusting however you look at it. Ligue 1 and Serie A had the balls to suspend OM and Juve, their two top clubs at the time. Will La Liga do the same? Unlikely. All talk, no action and complete corruption.
